The findings from usability testing gave me clear insights into users’ pain points, expectations, and behaviors. Using this feedback, I designed high-fidelity wireframes that addressed areas of confusion, streamlined key workflows, and integrated features users deemed essential.
By creating these early designs, I could quickly test and iterate on our rough ideas without investing time in full visual design.
The wireframes became a collaborative tool, sparking valuable conversations with team members and stakeholders while allowing us to validate concepts with users early on.
